  • You have advanced or spread non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC)
  • You've had at least one prior cancer treatment, or you're treatment-naive (haven't received prior treatment)
  • Your cancer has at least one measurable tumor on imaging
  • Your overall health and organ function are adequate
  • You're active enough to perform light activities (ECOG score 0–1)
  • You expect to live at least 12 weeks
