Who can take part
- Be between 6 and 15 years old
- Be able to swallow capsule pills
- Have an upcoming endoscopy (camera procedure) scheduled at Tampere University Hospital
- Never have taken vancomycin by mouth before
- Not currently have an active bacterial infection
- Not have started any new IBD medications or treatments in the past 4 weeks
