Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have been diagnosed with both ulcerative colitis and primary sclerosing cholangitis.
  • Your UC is moderate to severe, meaning you have symptoms like frequent diarrhea, bleeding, and inflammation seen on a scope.
  • You have not used antibiotics or probiotics in the last 4 weeks (for a special stool study).
  • You do not have severe liver or kidney problems, active infections, or hearing issues.
