Massage and relaxation for period pain relief

Who can take part

  • You are 18–30 years old
  • You have never been pregnant and have no children
  • A gynecologist confirmed you have primary dysmenorrhea (period pain without other causes)
  • Your periods come regularly, every 21–35 days
  • Your period pain is severe (at least 4 out of 10 on a pain scale) and has lasted at least 6 months
  • You are not currently taking pain relievers, hormonal birth control, or psychiatric medications
