Who can take part

  • Be 18–89 years old and in good overall health
  • Have lived in Spain for at least 5 years
  • Live independently in your community and be able to complete all study visits
  • Speak and understand Spanish well enough to follow instructions
  • Have no recent surgeries, injuries, or significant muscle or nerve disorders
  • Not be pregnant, recently postpartum (within 3 months), or taking medications that affect muscles
