Who can take part
- You are a woman aged 18 or older with newly diagnosed high-grade serous ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer (or grade 2+ endometrioid ovarian cancer)
- Your cancer is stage III or IV and has been confirmed HRD-positive by genetic testing
- You completed 6–9 cycles of platinum-based chemotherapy combined with bevacizumab (at least the last 3 cycles), with good response (no evidence of disease, complete, or partial response)
- Your cancer has stayed controlled since chemotherapy ended, and you can start study treatment within 8 weeks of your last chemotherapy dose
- Your overall health is good (ECOG score 0–1) and your blood work, liver, and kidney function meet trial requirements
- You have never received PARP inhibitors (olaparib, niraparib, rucaparib, pamiparib, or fluzoparib) before
