  • You must be 18 years old or older
  • You have not completed ALS training before
  • You do not have a history of motion sickness from virtual reality
  • You do not have vertigo (severe dizziness) or a condition that causes dizziness
  • You are not taking medications known to cause dizziness or vertigo-like symptoms
