Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have a confirmed diagnosis of ALS.
- You have breathing muscle weakness and use a non-invasive ventilator for at least a month.
- You feel short of breath (score 3 or more on a 0-10 scale) even while resting and sitting up.
- You do not have severe psychiatric conditions, phobias (heights, tight spaces, bright lights), or significant hearing/vision loss.
- You are covered by French health insurance.
