A study of vitamin C supplement in adults with different vitamin C levels

HealthySuboptimal Vitamin C LevelsAdequate Vitamin C Levels

This trial tests a vitamin C supplement (Qualia Vitamin C+) in people with both low and normal vitamin C levels. You'll take the supplement for about a month, get your blood tested twice, and answer some questionnaires to see if it helps your health.

Who can take part

  • You must be between 25 and 75 years old and generally healthy.
  • You must live in the United States (but not in New Jersey, New York, or Rhode Island) and be willing to visit an Ulta Lab for blood tests twice.
  • You must not be pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant.
  • You cannot have certain conditions like psychiatric, neurologic, endocrine disorders, or cancer, or take specific medicines for those.
  • You must be willing to keep your diet and supplements the same during the study.
