  • Your BMI is between 18.5 and 35
  • You are in good health and do not need regular medical care for a chronic condition
  • You do not smoke
  • You have not taken antibiotics in the past 3 months
  • You are willing to stop taking any vitamin or mineral supplements for 2-4 weeks before the study
