Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with recurrent or metastatic cervical cancer (stage IVB) that is squamous cell, adenocarcinoma, or adenosquamous.
- Your cancer has gotten worse or did not respond after previous treatment with platinum-based chemotherapy.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured by CT or MRI scan.
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You are expected to live at least 3 more months.
- You have not had certain other cancers, severe allergic reactions to QL1706, active autoimmune disease, or serious infections.
