Who can take part

  • You live with someone who has schizophrenia and has been getting care from a community mental health center for at least 1 year.
  • You are the main person taking care of them and have been doing so for at least the past 12 months.
  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You can read and write, and you speak and understand Turkish.
  • You do not have a current psychiatric diagnosis, organic brain disorder, or intellectual disability.
  • You do not have a physical problem (like hearing or speech issues) that would make it hard to take part.
