Rehab after ACL surgery: blood flow training and soft tissue work

Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 40 years old.
  • You had a primary ACL reconstruction using your own tendon graft.
  • You are 8 to 16 weeks past surgery.
  • Your knee can bend at least 100 degrees on the operated leg.
  • Your surgeon has cleared you for light rehabilitation.
  • You do not have blood clots, uncontrolled high blood pressure, or pregnancy.
