Who can take part
- You are 18 or older and have been diagnosed with moderate to severe liver inflammation (grade 2 or 3) caused by your immunotherapy.
- You have been treated with at least one dose of a checkpoint inhibitor (a type of immunotherapy) for your cancer.
- You can take medications by mouth, and your blood counts (like hemoglobin, white blood cells, and platelets) are at safe levels.
- You do not have severe liver disease (like advanced cirrhosis, active hepatitis B, C, or uncontrolled infections) and have not had a prior organ or stem cell transplant.
- You have not had suicidal thoughts or attempts in the past, and you do not have uncontrolled diabetes or other severe medical conditions.
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and you agree to use reliable birth control during the study if applicable.
