  • You are 65 years old or older.
  • You do not have a brain or mental health condition (such as dementia, depression, or a stroke).
  • You are not taking any medication for a brain or mental health condition.
  • You do not have a chronic illness that affects your mental state, such as severe diabetes or heart disease.
  • You are able to complete simple questionnaires about how you feel and think.
