Who can take part

  • You have a mild to moderate intellectual disability (as reported by your family or caregivers)
  • You can follow simple instructions in Spanish or Galician
  • You are physically able to do high-intensity exercise
  • You have not done a high-intensity exercise program in the last 3 months
  • You do not have certain medical conditions like chronic arthritis, autism, an unrepaired heart defect, severe vision or hearing problems, epilepsy that is not controlled, or a history of violent or aggressive behavior
