Who can take part

  • You have knee osteoarthritis diagnosed by a doctor.
  • Your knee pain is at least a 4 out of 10 during daily activities.
  • You weigh under 300 pounds and have a BMI below 40.
  • You can walk for 6 minutes on your own (you may use a cane or walker).
  • You can go up and down ramps and stairs, with or without handrails.
