Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • For part 1 or 3: weigh between 60 and 100 kg with a body mass index (BMI) between 18.5 and 30. For part 2: weigh under 60 kg or between 100 and 130 kg with a BMI between 18.5 and 38.
  • You must stop taking all prescription and over-the-counter medicines (except hormonal birth control or hormone replacement therapy) for at least 2 weeks before the study drug is given.
  • You can take occasional acetaminophen (like Tylenol) or ibuprofen (like Advil) if needed.
  • You have no current or past serious medical or psychiatric conditions, especially severe allergies to drugs or foods, that could affect the study results or your safety.
  • You have not taken part in any other interventional clinical study or received an experimental medicine in the last 12 weeks or 5 half-lives (whichever is longer).
