  • You are between 18 and 42 years old
  • You are planning a frozen embryo transfer with hormone replacement therapy
  • You will transfer up to 2 cleavage-stage embryos, 1 good-quality blastocyst, or up to 2 poor-quality blastocysts
  • You agree to sign a consent form
  • You have no allergies or medical conditions that prevent using hormones (such as breast cancer or blood clots)
  • You are not using genetic testing, donor eggs, or special egg maturation treatments in this cycle
