- You have been on maintenance hemodialysis for at least 3 months
- You have dialysis sessions twice a week on a regular schedule
- You own a smartphone and actively use WhatsApp
- You can read and understand Indonesian (Javanese support is available)

- You do not have severe cognitive or psychiatric issues that affect participation
- You do not have severe vision, hearing, or communication problems that cannot be helped by assistive devices
