  • You are willing to take part in a 6-week exercise program before and after surgery.
  • You have internet access to use email and Zoom for communication.
  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You have no medical reasons that would make exercise unsafe for you.
  • You do not have a recurrent hernia, poorly controlled health conditions, or use opioid pain medications.
