Who can take part
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have a BMI between 18.5 and 40
- Have either a normal liver function or a stable liver impairment (Child-Pugh Grade A, B, or C) for at least 3 months
- If you have type 2 diabetes, your HbA1c should be 11% or lower and your treatment must be stable for 8 weeks
- Not be pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant, and use effective birth control if applicable
- No known allergy to petrelintide or related drugs
