Who can take part

  • BMI of 30 or higher, OR BMI between 27–30 with a weight-related health condition (like high blood pressure or joint problems)
  • You have tried dieting on your own but were unable to lose weight
  • No type 1 or type 2 diabetes, and a blood sugar test (HbA1c) below 6.5%
  • No recent weight surgery, endoscopic procedures, or weight-loss devices (excluding certain cosmetic procedures done over 1 year ago)
  • Haven't taken GLP-1 weight-loss drugs (like semaglutide, tirzepatide) in the last 6 months
  • No history of pancreatitis, severe psychiatric illness, or NYHA Class IV heart failure
