Who can take part
- You are 13 to 17 years old
- You have ADHD (inattentive or combined type)
- You do not have intellectual disability, autism, psychosis, bipolar disorder, or epilepsy
- You do not have sleep apnea or restless leg movements during sleep
- You are willing to stop caffeine, stimulant medications, and melatonin for the study
- You are a morning lark or night owl (not a 'middle' type)
