MIND diet for ADHD in kids

Part of Mental health clinical trials.

This study tests whether the MIND diet (a diet rich in brain-healthy foods) can reduce ADHD symptoms in children aged 6-12 who are not taking medication. Families will follow the diet for 12 weeks with support from the study team.

Who can take part

  • Your child is between 6 and 12 years old.
  • Your child has been diagnosed with ADHD by a doctor.
  • Your child is not currently taking any ADHD medication.
  • You and your child are willing to follow the MIND diet and study steps for 12 weeks.
  • Your child does not have severe food allergies, metabolic disorders, or other conditions that require a special diet.
