Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with plantar fasciitis, causing heel pain on the bottom or inside of your heel.
  • Your heel pain is at least a 4 out of 10 on a pain scale.
  • You have not had foot or ankle surgery in the last 6 months.
  • You have not had a steroid shot for heel pain in the last month.
  • You are not pregnant.
