This study tests a digital program designed to boost mental well-being in people who are struggling or just getting by. If you live in a low-income part of Val-de-Marne, have a smartphone, and don't have a severe mental illness, you may be able to join.

  • You are 18 or older.
  • You live in a disadvantaged area of Val-de-Marne, France.
  • You have a smartphone with internet.
  • You are willing to use the digital tool weekly for 6 weeks and complete 4 surveys.
  • You do not have a severe mental illness (like schizophrenia, bipolar, or psychosis).
  • You haven't started a new mental health medication in the past month.
