  • You are a healthcare provider involved in prenatal or high-risk pregnancy care at a participating site.
  • You are a pregnant person at high risk for preterm birth (e.g., short cervix, multiple pregnancy, previous preterm birth).
  • You are willing to answer surveys about your activity recommendations and pregnancy outcomes.
  • You are not unable to walk or hospitalized for the rest of your pregnancy after being diagnosed with a high-risk condition.
