  • You must be 18 years old or older.
  • You cannot have a cognitive disorder (like dementia).
  • You cannot have a history of psychiatric disorders.
  • You must be able to communicate easily (no hearing, vision, or speech problems).
  • You must have a LACE index score of 10 or higher (a measure of your risk after a heart attack).
