Who can take part
- You must have a type of B-cell cancer that has come back or not responded to treatment, such as large B-cell lymphoma, mantle cell lymphoma, or B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
- Your cancer cells must have the CD19 and/or CD20 markers on them, which are proteins on the surface of cancer cells.
- You need to have had at least one or two previous treatments (like chemo) for your cancer, depending on the type.
- If you had a prior CAR-T therapy or other CD19-targeted treatment, your cancer must still show CD19 or CD20 markers.
- You must be in reasonably good health, with working kidneys, liver, heart, and lungs, and be able to care for yourself (performance status).
