HR+/HER2- Breast CancerBreast Neoplasms

Part of Cancer, Skin clinical trials.

This trial uses AI to analyze your pre-treatment MRI and predict how well your tumor will respond to chemotherapy before surgery. It is for people with HR+/HER2- breast cancer who need chemo before their operation.

AI model to predict breast cancer treatment response

This trial uses an artificial intelligence model to predict how well breast cancer responds to neoadjuvant therapy (treatment before surgery). It aims to improve treatment planning by analyzing MRI scans taken before and after therapy.

AI Predicts Chemo Effectiveness Before Breast Surgery

This study uses an AI model to predict how well chemotherapy will work before breast cancer surgery. It looks back at medical records and images from women who have already completed treatment to see if the AI can help guide future care.

NCT07327970Recruiting
AI test to predict breast cancer treatment response

This study tests whether an AI tool can predict how well breast cancer responds to chemotherapy given before surgery. Your tumor sample from a needle biopsy will be analyzed to see if the AI's prediction matches your actual treatment outcome.

Using AI and PET/MRI to predict breast cancer response

This trial uses a special PET/MRI scan combined with artificial intelligence to see if it can predict whether HER2-positive breast cancer will completely disappear after treatment given before surgery. The goal is to learn who might avoid surgery or get a more tailored approach.

AI predicts stomach cancer response to chemo before surgery

This study tests whether an AI tool can predict how well stomach cancer responds to chemotherapy before surgery. It uses CT scans and biopsy images taken before treatment starts to see if the AI can help guide future care.
