- You are between 30 and 50 years old.
- You have gum disease (periodontitis Stage II) that your dentist has diagnosed.
- You have at least 20 natural teeth (not counting wisdom teeth).
- You have not seen a dentist in the past 3 months.
- You do not smoke.
- You are not pregnant, do not use birth control pills, and are not allergic to coconut oil.
