Who can take part

  • You are a woman between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You have had breast cancer and finished your main treatments (surgery, chemo, or radiation). You can still be on hormone therapy.
  • Your cancer is not currently active or has not spread to other parts of your body.
  • You own a smartphone and are comfortable using it.
  • You are willing to take part in a guided exercise program.
