- You have had bleeding from the vagina after your periods have stopped for at least one year.
- You are 45 years old or older.
- You are not using hormone replacement therapy (HRT).
- Your bleeding is not coming from the vulva, vagina, cervix, or urethra.
- You are not taking blood thinners (anticoagulant medication).
- You are healthy enough to have a hysteroscopy.
