Who can take part
- You have pancreatic cancer that has spread to other parts of the body and has progressed after at least one prior treatment.
- You are 18 years or older.
- You are able to take care of yourself and are up and about more than half of the day (ECOG 0 or 1).
- Your major organs (like liver, kidneys, and bone marrow) are working well enough based on blood tests.
- You are expected to live at least 12 more weeks.
- You are willing to use effective birth control during the study and for 6 months after the last dose.
- You have not had a severe allergic reaction to similar drugs or to any ingredient in XNW28012.
