Who can take part

  • You are 18 years old or older.
  • You have been diagnosed with arrhythmogenic cardiomyopathy (ACM) based on the latest criteria.
  • Imaging tests (echocardiogram or MRI) show problems with your heart's left or right ventricle, such as reduced pumping ability or scarring.
  • You have a confirmed genetic variant in one of these genes: LMNA, DSP, FLNC, TMEM43, PLN, or DES.
  • You have been stable for at least 3 months with no hospital stays, serious heart rhythm problems, or shocks from an ICD.
  • You are not currently doing competitive or high-intensity sports or exercise programs.
