Who can take part
- You have had swelling in your leg(s) for more than 3 months
- The swelling leaves a dent when pressed (pitting edema)
- You are at least 18 years old
- Your body mass index (BMI) is under 36
- You can understand and follow instructions in Dutch
- You are not currently receiving specialized lymphedema treatment covered by Belgian health insurance
