Who can take part
- You are age 18 or older with a specific type of ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer that is high-grade serous or G2-G3 endometrioid.
- Your cancer has become resistant to platinum chemotherapy (came back or worsened within 6 months of finishing it).
- You have had no more than 4 prior cancer treatments total, and no more than 1 after becoming platinum-resistant.
- You have not taken any topoisomerase I inhibitor drugs (like irinotecan, topotecan) or similar antibody-drug conjugates before.
- You do not have active heart disease (like heart failure or arrhythmia) or lung conditions (like interstitial lung disease).
- You are willing to provide a tumor sample (from a past surgery or new biopsy) for B7-H3 testing, and you have at least one measurable tumor lesion.
