Who can take part

  • Child must be between 6 months and 12 years old.
  • Surgery must be lower abdominal urogenital, like hernia repair or testicle repositioning.
  • Child's overall health should be fairly good, not requiring intensive care after surgery.
  • No allergy to numbing medicines used in the block.
  • No infection or bleeding issues near the block injection area.
