Who can take part
- You are 50 years of age or older.
- You have a history of calcium buildup in your heart arteries (a sign of early heart disease) and at least two other heart disease risk factors, like high blood pressure or high cholesterol.
- Your kidney function is good enough (eGFR greater than or equal to 45).
- You can have a special CT scan of your heart (called a CCTA) at the start and during the study.
- You have not had a heart attack, stroke, or heart surgery in the past.
- You have not received a shingles or RSV vaccine before, and you are willing to not get other vaccines during certain study periods.
