Who can take part

  • You are 19 or older.
  • You have breast, colorectal, or gynecological cancer and have had or are having chemotherapy.
  • You have numbness, tingling, or pain in your hands or feet from chemotherapy (or are at risk).
  • You can walk on your own, with or without a cane or walker.
  • You do not have other causes of nerve damage like diabetic neuropathy or a serious brain disorder.
