Who can take part
- You have ER+/HER2- advanced breast cancer that cannot be surgically removed and is not curable with radiation.
- You are currently receiving or eligible for first-line treatment with an aromatase inhibitor plus a CDK4/6 inhibitor (palbociclib or ribociclib) for up to 3 years.
- You have a tumor tissue sample available (with enough cancer cells) for genetic testing to design a ctDNA test.
- You are age 18 or older and have good performance status (able to do daily activities without much help).
- You agree to use effective contraception if you are of childbearing potential or have a partner who is.
