This study tests whether adding surgery to remove the breast tumor and radiation therapy to destroy remaining cancer spots improves outcomes for people diagnosed with HER2-positive breast cancer that has already spread to a few other parts of the body. You'll receive standard chemotherapy and HER2-targeted drugs first, then be assigned to receive either additional surgery and radiation or to continue with standard care.
This trial tests whether using a personalized approach (matching your tumor's genetic profile to a targeted drug) can help people with advanced solid cancers live longer. It is for people whose cancer is not responding to standard treatments and who have a genetic change that can be targeted by an FDA-approved drug not usually used for their cancer type.
This study tests whether using a personalized approach to treatment after chemotherapy can improve outcomes for people with HER2-positive or triple-negative breast cancer. It aims to tailor further therapy based on how well the tumor responds initially.
This trial tests a personalized approach to cancer treatment. Doctors will grow a ‘mini-tumor’ from a biopsy of your cancer in the lab to help find the best therapy for you. It is for people with advanced breast cancer that has not responded well to standard treatments.
This trial tests a personalized treatment plan for HER2-positive breast cancer before surgery. The treatment is adjusted based on how your cancer responds, aiming to give you the best possible outcome.
This study tests personalized, changing treatment plans (given before surgery) to find better options for your specific breast tumor. You may be asked for extra breast-tissue testing to help match you with the most suitable study drug(s).
