Who can take part

  • You are an elite race walker between 16 and 26 years old.
  • You are a registered athlete with the Yunnan Provincial Race Walking Team.
  • You have lived at high altitudes for a long time and regularly do altitude training.
  • You are healthy and cleared for intense exercise and low-oxygen conditions.
  • You can stick to the full training program and all tests, and sign a consent form (or have a parent/guardian sign if under 18).
