Who can take part

  • You must have Tricare health insurance.
  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • Your low back pain has lasted at least 3 months and does not go down into your legs.
  • Your back pain limits your daily activities (score of 24% or more on a disability questionnaire).
  • You are willing to participate in the study for 12 weeks.
  • You have not had physical therapy for your back pain in the past 6 months.
