- You are 18 years or older.
- You have been diagnosed with urothelial cancer in the upper urinary tract (kidney or ureter) that is considered high-risk but has not spread to distant organs.
- Your tumor shows HER2 expression (a protein on the cancer cells) at levels 1+ to 3+.
- You are willing to undergo radical surgery and follow the treatment plan.
- You have not had prior radiation to the pelvis or abdomen, prior chemotherapy, or other active cancers.
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and if you could become pregnant, you agree to use reliable contraception.
