Who can take part

  • You have had surgery to remove your kidney and ureter for cancer in the renal pelvis or ureter. The cancer was stage pT3-4 or had spread to lymph nodes (N+).
  • Your kidney function is low (eGFR below 60) or you cannot have chemotherapy due to other health reasons.
  • You are between 18 and 80 years old.
  • You have had a CT scan of your abdomen and pelvis within the last 4 weeks before joining the trial.
  • You have not had other cancers in the last 5 years (except certain skin or breast cancers).
  • You are willing to attend all study visits and sign a consent form. Your overall health is good (KPS score above 70) and your blood counts are within normal ranges.
