Who can take part

  • You are a healthy adult aged 18 or older.
  • You are a woman who cannot become pregnant or a man.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 18 and 32, and you weigh more than 110 pounds (50 kg).
  • You have not taken any prescription or over-the-counter drugs, vitamins, or herbal supplements for at least 14 days before the study starts.
  • You have not used medicines that change certain liver enzymes (CYP2C9 or CYP3A4) for at least 14 days before the study, and you can avoid them during the study.
  • You have stopped taking proton pump inhibitors (like omeprazole) at least 14 days before the study and will not take them during the study.
