How food affects uptake of prifetrastat in healthy adults

This study tests how the drug prifetrastat is absorbed into the blood when taken with or without food. You might be able to join if you are a generally healthy adult who is not taking other medications.

Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older
  • You must be in generally good health with no major medical conditions
  • Women must not be able to become pregnant (e.g., after menopause or surgery)
  • Your body weight must be more than 110 pounds and your BMI must be between 18 and 32
  • You cannot have taken any prescription or over-the-counter medications, vitamins, or herbal supplements in the last 14 days
  • No use of certain medicines that affect liver enzymes (like some stomach acid reducers) for 14 days before the study
