- You have had a hysterectomy (surgery to remove your uterus) and are not yet in menopause
- You completed primary school (or equivalent level of education)

- You do not have a sleep disorder, significant physical or mental disability, communication difficulties, a cancer diagnosis, or are on hormone therapy
